I have ordered one item but size was not correct . I return the item but Not received refund.. as they say its 7 days refund policy .. now there number is off.and app is not working.
There is more than 3000 Rs in my kajal kurti wallet. Whenever I try to open the sight it just shows white screen. Kindly return my refund.

I purchased Oct 5 of 3 Kurtis and I didn't like the quality so I returned that day on 5th Oct ,so I ask them to refund they didn't refund till now.
So l am complaining about this Kajal kurti, please I need my money back or I need wt I return them order I need back ,order id-kk1170062 ,And I paid them in cash on delivery so please do something,once I called customer service they sended me bank details,in that there are asking CVV num , expired num, OTP num ,I think there fraud , which RBI said to give this all ,no other companies won't ask like this,so please take this complain serious action
Maine ek kurta set mangwaya tha but size issue ki wajah se usko return kiya almost 40 days pahle,but abhi tak koi refund nahi aaya aur pichhle 20 din se na app access ho raha hai aur na hi customer care ka no. It's just a fraud.

We have order a kurti it was large in size we send request for returns or refunds the boy came and took the kurti but money was not refunded. When we message kajal kurti on WhatsApp they just block us when we use helpline number 7865861361 they told us to download anydeck remote control ap which is use to access othere mobik and took some of information from which the person can access my mobil. When we came to know about app we call him again and ask what the hell u are trying to do he clearly said i am using a fake website to access your mobil and personal details. I have all call recording against kajal kurti help line number with all my orders details and chats . I request to take strict action against this kajal kurti.com website . They took 950 and not refund i dont want any othere person to face same situation

had placed an order from kajal kurti with COD , received it but had to return it because of some issue , courier came to pick it up, I was told I will receive refund in kajal kurti wallet once courier reaches warehouse. I returned a kurti a month ago and they still have not returned my money and it has been almost like a month I have been trying to contact to them with no answers firstly they did answer but now they even do not anwer I have tried their number but to no avail and I am dismayed at having been befooled myself by these people.
The order of 2300 was returned on 21st March. Initially they told due to corona we are not able to reach our delivery partner. After 3 months now they are telling they did not receive Return from their own delivery partner so they can’t Give money back

I ordered can suit for size of 4xl but from out side it was mention 4 xl n when I open the product found the size 3xl.
I bought a kurti from them but size was wrong. So i tried to contact them multiple times but they always see the messages and don’t even reply back on whatsapp. So I recommend never to buy anything from this site, rather go for amazon or flipkart

I did order on 11 July and received order on 17 July. After opening on that product we found that dress is completely defective. Stitching is too much bad and too much long and color is also too much fade. Now tried to return order. There is no return link option on site. You need to call customer care. From last 3 days I am tried to call them it is showing always busy. I tried on whats but they are not answering when I said I need to return order.
This company has fraud return policy. They will never pickup your phone so you can not return order. No support on whatsup.
I saw many complaints of return on consumer complaints sites so I understood same kind of cheating they have done with me. I request that they took return order and refund my money. I accepted that i have done biggest mistake that I did order from your site. I should check that your company making fool to people.
