PFA attached the pic of saree shown is green ruffle and received blue and yellow mixed plain saree
On 13 March I received a cheap saree is worth 150 Rs when I have paid 900 rs for a green ruffle saree and received a dull jute type different two colour saree not the product I ordered
Immediately I called the courier guy he said you of COD now I can't take it
I called the nber on the parcel it was fake than I sent emails on shimora.india@gmail.com where they said sent your returns and they will call back I waited for their call as 7 days return period was mentioned so on 17 March 2020 I paid courier charges and returned it back but nobody has reverted back to my mails nor receipt of the product
Such cheater should be debarred from selling .
Kindly look into the matter I have all my emails and courier receipt we need to expose them on social media
I am a lawyer by profession let's do something of such cheaters.

I ordered Pine green saree with checks blouse in linen fabric of amount Rs. 899. But I have received a Wrong saree on 10-03-2020. It is totally different that is Brown colour stripped cotton with low quality saree worth nearly Rs. 150. Please don't cheat the customers. I dont want that wrong saree. So please take your saree back and refund my money.

I received my order of 2 sarees on 27 Feb, 2020. The sarees that I received were completely different from what I ordered. Also when I mailed them my order number with the photos of the product I received there wasn't any reply from them. Please help, I want my money refunded.
I received a wrong order of the product and when I requested for a return, I did not receive any response, So I called the customer care number provided in this website, they spoke very rudely, asked details for the UPI pin, phone type, etc. and when I argued about the process they started abusing me, and in a threatening tone said that if I want my money back I have to send a msg to a number from my mobile and if don't do the same, I will not receive any money. The way they spoke was very rude - its a scam to get double payment from the customers for the wrong orders, they hack the phone and get all ur details ------strict action should be taken against such things
