I ordered a watch after watching ad on tiktok which order id is 9405389.
The watch was Megalith Mens Analogue Watch
But I received totally different watch. So I want to cancel the order. The No which I have on the order is 8076904820 I tried to call on this number but this number is switched off.
Mai online Megalithwatch order kiya tha lekin ye mughe galat watch bheje hai mere sath ye company dhokha kiya h.
I had ordered a android wrist watch from koolkart online store site on 27.01.2020 making payment of rs. 1099/- n it was delivered i n 01.02.2020
Due to wrong n damaged wrist watch
When i call them but number was switch off.. When i talk with courier partner they shouldn't response anything
Even after frequent call they are not picking the call.
So please... Pls help me
