I bought a Lavie electric candle from your online store in March 2024. The product was supposed to have a one year warranty but i have not received any support after 3 days of calling the customer care. The phone rang but nobody answered and the chat kept timing out. I have sent an email to your support email address and also filled the online return form but still getting nothing back. I am very disappointed. The product stopped working within a week and is showing a flicker and a smell of burning plastic. I am 18 years old and I am working for a part–time job to pay for my college fees, so I can't afford to be stuck with a broken lamp. Lavie is advertised as a trusted brand, and i feel that you let me down. I want a refund or a replace unit and i want it to be done within 7 days. I also requested a replacement battery as that is also defective. The website says the battery should be free. I have attached the photo and the order number 348679. i request you to act on this matter as soon as possible or else i will report you to consumer court. I have posted this complaint once more in your feedback page but the response still not here. I hope you get the seriousness of the issue and respond soon.
