I am very disappointed with the service of Limeroad. Previously I ordered a package where there were 2 items with a gift item, I did received the order with only the two things which I have ordered but I didn't received the gift item. I communicated after the order was delivered to me, then it was said that it will get solved very soon enough but very sadly saying it's not solved yet. Here I am providing every details regarding the order I did.

I write this mail to express my disappointment over the withdrawal of Cashback as promised by Limeroad. To detail out the series of events,
I am a Gold customer who had received a notification about a 'Cashback offer' and consequentially purchased 13 items worth INR 5103/- on the 14th of January. Order No. - 0066944122.
I did not receive the Cashback in my account as promised and had to contact customer care not once but thrice. I was reasoned that there were technical issues and that the Cashback will be processed within 7 days. After multiple persuasion I was promised by the agent on the 30th of January that I will receive the Cashback and that it will stay in my credits for 7 days.
I then received the Cashback Credit worth INR 2551/- on the same day in the evening.
I was out of station for a couple of days and returned only yesterday evening (31st of January) and when I tried purchasing items with the Cashback credits, It was shocking to find that the credits were missing and had turned 0 within a few hours.
I had to make multiple calls again today to ask for support but was belittled by agents claiming that the Cashback is valid only for a day, while I was earlier promised a 7 day expiry period by the agent before crediting me the Cashback.
I want immediate solution to this issue where I will be credited the Cashback as promised or else I will have to take this up through the legal route. I am sorry but this is not merely about your credibility but also the mental agony the customer has to undergo.
I request you to revert asap and also give me a fruitful solution.
