Master Recharge sales person Avinash has manupulated & in an unappropriate manner used my money which i had deposited for loading my recharge balance. Now the amount of 3500 which i had credited to master recharge for updating my recharging has been used for their self interest.

Hello sir Ji Maine 16 July 2022 ko master Recharge service suru ki the.pehle baar maine master Recharge account main 500/- balance add karva tha .uska baad maine 1000/- balance dalwana ka liye payment bheje to avanish Kumar master Recharge ne muje kaha ki aapke account mein 1000/- balance add nahi Ho sakta kyu ki 1 time aap ko ek baar 3500/- payment balance dalwana hoga.maine phir sa 2500/- balance google pay bheje diye . balance bheje ka baad. Mere account main balance add nahi kiya.Avanish master Recharge ne kha ki aap ka 10 retailers add karne ka 2800/- ? balance+ 18% gst 504 ?balane kaat liya aapka 196/- balance bacha hua hai ya aapka account bhej raha hua. Avanish Kumar master Recharge ab phone nahi uth raha hai.

I Started the recharge work from this company. This company told me about all my service and also told me that I would get the distributor's job done and I had to connect my under retailer. In this, the company will help me and the company also said that a lot of people have been called from my area to work with those people to work with me. Will add them to my retailer. Got ready to do this job and I transferred Rs.A few days later, when I sent the number of people from this company to the company today, i used to speak. It lasted for a few days but the company did not give me a single number. and in the last we will not give you the number.And in the last, we will not give you the number. And after the commencement of work, there was no good response from the company and there was no proper service. No timely commission is available after recharge and the company does not receive a correct answer when the customer care calls and the service is not available

Deposit = 3500
10 retailer (280 each) = 2800
Gst= 504
Available = 196
And my wallet balance 1399 rs
Pending commission 19 rs
Please help me sir
Give me my balance refund
Refund Amount = 5218 (300+3500+1399+19)
And take action against such fraudulent company

Ye kah kar paisa le liya ki . Hamari company ke aap se recharge karne par 3.5% commission milega . First time wallet me 3500 rupay dalne hoge.
