This is the third time I'm complaining...no response from maxpure and non of them is turning up for maintenance...paid amc on Nov 2nd 2019....my receipt no is 2019-20 6144...
We have paid AMC Receipt number 6144 for the period 2 Nov 2019 to 1nov 2020 for Kent RO..No one attended till now for the maintenance,inspite of the lapse of due date...Phone number is also not reachable...please send someone at the earliest...

Hi ,
I want to raise a complaint against my bill no 1586.
Since 30th June, I am trying to reach the given numbers in bill. After getting the amount , they are making lame excuses and later blocked my number.
It’s over a month , after paying 3300/- I’m without water for me and my family .
Even I contacted the head office Mumbai but they are not helping . Is this a customer service ???
Whom should I contact ?
Who can help me ?
I have no option going to customer redress forum and police .
