Order number 6115, ordered on 7th March 2020 , received wrong product with very bad quality, paid 999.
Need to take that product bad and refund my amount back.

Order no:120363... I have ordered mangalgiri cotton saree but this idiot gave a worst saree and charged 1099/- from me.I need immediate action from mindhol otherwise I will file a case on you people. I have every proof of the order.
I called up the customer care number (7866015059) ,when I asked them for a refund they send me a Google form link and they are on hold in the call and ask us to submit the form immediately and the form asks us to enter the UPI pin ,it's a mandatory field. When asked what is the necessity for UPI pin they tell without upi pin they can't do the refund and they tell they can't see the UPI pin it will directly go to the company,they think we are fools to believe whatever shit they utter.
This is how u are cheating people???
When I ordered one green saree in mindhol . com website and it's order no.117047.
It delivered the wrong wrost saree with different color like blue.the image of the saree looks nice in this website but in real time it's not like that.
So kindly take the saree in return and give my money back

I have orderd Saree from mindhol and received a worst product... Hence, I called the customer case number mentioned below... He asked me the bank details to refund it to my bank account. However, he was trying to take off cash from my account. I was getting msg like 9999, 4999, that a person is trying to take off from my account... I had called the same number and he asked for other bank account do I have... And I had only 300 in my account which got deducted by them...

Hi, Please take a necessary action against mindhol, completely fraud company. Iordered 1000 rupees saree+100 shipping charge. After i opened the parcel it is 100 rupees saree. If i want to call the mindhol it says number is invalid one or switched off
