I purchased Mobile from Mobileskart Company Realme 6 Rs.2999 of dated 27-05-2020 but COVID19 increased Lockdown then i call of dated 02-05-2020 Companycustomercare 8016767188 and this person refunding my Rupees but my account deducted money in Six times Rs 2999+25250+4999+4999+4999 +4999=48245 Total 51244 .I am till now not recieve the mobile and nor money.Please help me and gave me my money.Thank You.

I have ordered a mobile phone 'RealMe 6' through mobileskart.online as it showed an offer through facebook.com , its advertisement. I ordered on 25/4/2020 for an amount of 2999.07/- and I received a message at that time mentioning that it will get delayed due to Covid-19. Now when I tried to track it, I couldn't see the site.
