Momswardrobe.com - Fraud by sending defective product with different MRP tags

Dear Sir/ Madam, I would request your attention to this fraud created by Momswardrobe.com. I had ordered jeans and 2 tops as a surprise birthday gift for my sister. 1. Jeans - size issue ( returned and payment initiated) 2. Top - Defective ( as soon as she received the top I checked for exchange but I couldn't find the option so I placed return order mentioning defective product received) 3. 2nd Top - Order cancelled as sending defective gifts is so embarrassing and I din want to send one more defective product. Okay, now for the second top which was defective, I placed return due to defective product. The guy came and he said he needs to take approval from third party as the product is defective once he receives the approval he can take the product back. I called customer care then she said that delivery guy said MRP tag was missing. I was like hunh? As soon as my sister opened the gift she called me and said it's torn from front and back side. So she hasn't even removed the MRP tag. Later after continuous day and night follow up finally customer care said it takes 3 days to solve the query and on 12th of Oct it will get resolved. I waited for 3 days. And it's 13th Oct. I checked my query update. It was written as resolved I requested customer care call on the website as we're unable to directly contact them. The executive said my return order was declined as the MRP mentioned on the tag and MRP mentioned online is different. I said what should I do with that. You go and check finger prints if you want. How can they become such a fraud company when we trusted them so much. 1.They charged me for a gift wrap but didn't wrap the product. 2. Continuous lies and lies, you can check their call recording. 3. They sent torn defective top and not taking responsibility of their deliveries. Sir/ Madam, I want you to please stop this company from doing such frauds and fooling innocent people. Hope you will soon take action against this company. Regards, Mrunali
