Maya giridhar walke cunsumer no 020021144453 PC no 05 dtc no 4168531 ft 13.08.2020 I have got bill but got it wrong meter reading pl be issued correct meter reading and correct amount as a residential bill and I have not another electric instrument consider my request so that I will make payment as early as possible
I've received bill for units 3341 whereas normal monthly consumption is between 150-250 units/month. It has happened with us earlier. The previous reading has not changed for past 6 months even after paying bill for units 167 per month. This was not considered by the company. And I've received bill of Rs.26k for this month where as my normal bill is around Rs.1000-Rs.1200 per month.
Secondly the excess unit difference is not divided into 6 months which led to increase rate of per unit as per the slab. It should be divided into 6 months but they have combined all excess units to make units more and increase per unit charges.
Third current reading is wrong. It is 7337 whereas real reading is 5369.
Forth same scene was happend in May'2019 but they made us pay the bill.
I'm just a single person but this thing is happening with entire area. Literate people can at least raise voice but who will help illiterate people. I guess some legal action is needed against such service providers.
