I got defective dress material which i have ordered through Facebook from myown shop. It was delivered in Ratnagiri yesterday.I want to return that parcel and want my refund.
I recieved a completely different product from this seller named kakoli on facebook. She said return the product and you will be refunded..The delivery was done by "delhivery". The ph no. they sent for enquiry cannot be connected anymore. There is no refund and i have been blocked by every means.

I have ordered pack of 6 bras but received only 2...the company is fraud...like they showed something and send something else. Moreover the delivery boy is not responding after delivery as I have to return him the product.
