myshopify Complaints Reviews Customer Care Number
ordered a shoes online from a website called myshopify and received a delivery from ekart and got a local product and not what i have orderd. and there was no customer complaint number on the website .
I ordered blue and white color shirt form https://saree-online1.myshopify.com/
But they send me white color plain shirt with xl size, tried to mail in veerana.saree@gmail.com but got no reply

Ordered a dress from this site . delivered but totally different from what was shown in the picture and not true to the size..before ordering they had active response on instagram page saying they accept return snd there is refund. Now I have written several emails to which they have replied to one or two saying they will refund to wallet and need to self courier. They didn't inform this before ordering. And they provided a number which does not work .they asked to contact them on the number but either it is not reachable or won't answer. Tired several times .this is a fake site.cheated on a huge money Kindly address as soon as possible please. They post their own good reviews on their site .we are not able to post .it does not show .it is a fraud site . Cannot courier the product with no guarantee from them.

I have ordered product from Jannatvilla.myshopify.com by Rs 499.82 on 23rdSept through net banking using Pasfar Technologies payment gateway.
As i didn't get any information regarding that product. Kindly refund that money as the same way.

They delivered duplicate product,they can't reply to my mail,my order is SAP5497520, my order cost is 599,pls refund the amount or change the product
I have orders 15 days before it is not delivered I have paid 350 rupees for that order, I need to refund that amount as soon as possible
