This has been regarding above mentioned subject i hereby placed order number #MT165863403093 on 24th July 2022 for Rs. 1149/-, i have received this order on 27th July 2022 and paid for C.O.D. order. But while I opened the parcel i received completely DIFFERENT PRODUCT WHICH IS NOT ORDERED BY ME. SO IT IS COMPLETELY

I am purchase salwar suit but delivered saree which quality is not only bad but received wrong item so this product return and return my paid amount one thousand ninety nine rupee.this site is fake and customer care number all time switch off.

I had ordered one pink suit which costs nearby 1300 but what they delivered is one necklace which costs nearby 200-300 .
When I tried to contact them,I called on their customer care no. (9636860531) multiple times and I mailed them as well. But they are not responding.
I guess, this company is totally fake and they are cheating with customers.
One immediate action should needed against this company Mywitry.
I ordered a product from the company website more than a week ago but i havent received a product as well as i have mailed them 2 or 3 times but havnt received any reply. i have made the payment of 1299 for that product.either give my money back or send the product.

They delivered wrong product even when correct order was placed . When we tried contacting on this number 9636860531 not once was it answered instead it was declined all times. What kind of bullshit customer care service is this? I believe they think harrassing customers is the kind of service they provide.
When e-mailed, they reply by saying that we should courier the item which needs to be replaced as they don't do reverse pickup apparently. This website has made shopping a bad experience, please do yourself a favour and do not ever shop anything from them even when all items on the website are put on sale. Bunch of low-lying fraudsters looting people under the facade of clothing business. This is perhaps the reason why their customer care service is non operational. Dear fuckers, if you are reading this beautiful review about your service, understand that i want my money transferred back to its original source, failure to do so i will have to escalate this further to consumers court and my team and i can very well fuck you up if you make us escalate this any further don't want shit from you now
