ordered a Saree of 850rs on Facebook the product description was different and the product was different i have all the proof. Their given no.is also not in use.
I have purchased two sarees from www.nallursarres.com and they have delivered wrong and cheap quality sarees. They are not responding to emails or calls.
Please help me to get back my cash by returning the sarees.
I ordered (no. 12918) a white tissue saree with digital print but what in received was a green cloth. I tried to contact them via WhatsApp, Facebook and even called them several times but got no response at all. The product I received is absolutely different than what I had ordered. I feel betrayed and cheated. I am completely disappointed with the product and the lack of any customer support from Nallur Sarees. It may not be as big of a matter or money as it is of breaching customer's trust. This is absolutely ridiculous and these kind of business which trap innocent customers in online frauds should be shut down immediately.
I ordered 2 sarees worth 1700 and the product received is completely different with cheap products.there is no option to return and the phone number listed does not work.it is a fraud website and I would like to log a online fraud complaint in consumer court for them.
I had ordered a saree from nallur sarees.
They have sent a different saree which is not even worth rs.100, such a cheap quality saree for which I have paid rs.899! I request to get my cash back or at least the correct saree which I have ordered (beetroot silk saree).
This company is totally fake, they deliver the product which is wrong and very cheap quality and the contact number which is mentioned in the bill that is also swithed off. I tried to cl them several times regarding the same but the same thing is happen. Kindly do the needful.
I ordered black colour saree but they have delivered wrong and cheap quality product. There phone number is switched off, website is not available. No other means to contact them to return the product. It was cash on delivery but product opening was

Ordered Ocean blue color saree and received blue color cheap cotton saree. I mailed them the concern with the photo but was no reply. Kindly take action !!!!!!!!
It seems the scam run by Nally sarees is now being run under a different name Pattu Sarees going by
a) the sarees displayed, many identical to those displayed by Nallur Sarees
b) their refund policy which states that they do not allow returns on food items!
Why would a saree company discuss food items ? Clearly a "cut-paste" job from another website!
Please see if you can locate these thieves.

With reference to order number #15087 for a dark green saree , a super bad quality red COLOUR saree was delivered and now when am calling the number printed on the delivery package 6355560165 it is not FUNCTIONING . Such FRAUD companies should be punished under criminal act
Ordered beetroot silk Saree from nallur facebook and delivered on 27 Jan, 2020. Cash payment was done. Saree is of different colour,very cheap material. My order no. is
13688. Their contact number is also not reachable.
I had ordered a Beetroot color silk saree along with blouse piece for 849 rupees, the saree delivered looks like some cut piece with no pallu and no blouse piece and of cheap quality. I would need a refund of my money.

The items that arrived are NOTHING like the ones ordered from their website which it appears has been taken down.
Seems to be a regular scam going by the other complaints.
I ordered one item but I got the poor quality of another item
Wrong saree sent.
Ordered gray colour saree with red blouse, where as we got a orange saree in side gray saree packing along with details.
Quality of product is very bad.
Saree quality is poor than a towel.
Kindly reverse your product and pay my payment as soon as possible.

I had ordered for copper colour saree. I have not received the saree which I have ordered. But I have received orange colour with horizontal strips . I have paid COD.
Now I do not want this saree and wish to return this saree. And what will be the status of amount paid by me already ? Either I want the saree which I have ordered or I want my money back .

I ordered for a saree which is a brown color saree and received a bad one. The saree I received is a green one. I wanted to know
how to return the saree and get my cash refunded. I want my cash back. Pure silk redwood saree with brown plain blouse × 1- this is what I ordered. I don't even receive a boost piece. I don't even get the website. It says the site is not available and I feel like I am cheated.
I ordered for a Nallur Redwood Saree worth for Rs. 849/- I received a wrong, cheapest quality saree instead of the saree that I ordered. I wish to return it back and claim my money.
