The parcel which i received is not the one which i ordered.So I wish to return it.
I have ordered a beetroot saree but send some other saree with different colour and product my order wae #13758
Ordered saree from nallur saree online on 24th jan 2020 and received ordered today on 28th 2020 . My order number is - #15035 and the description on the package is clearly mentioned "Bhagalpur Fabric with Peacock shade saree " but received just a piece of single color maroon saree of very cheap quality.
There is no return policy mentioned on the package and just the address and contact number is mentioned in case if the saree is not delivered it should be returned on the mentioned address so i tried calling on that number but the number is switched off.. strict action should be taken else no one will have faith on online shopping..i am mentioning the address and number please do the needful

I ordered pure silk redwood saree with brown plain blouse but i got bule colour saree and material is also different. My order no #10674. Can i returned this saree.
This is not the product that I ordered under order no (#13507). Refund the amount of rs.849 at the earliest.
I received a wrong product..I tried contacting them but it was switched off....the customer care number given here is fraud...they ask is to forward messages and hack our phone pay or Google pay passwords....they are real shits....cheats...frauds....they should be fired....
I ordered a saree from Nallur saree, the saree delivered a different and very cheap quality, I paid 899 rs but the saree is not even worth 150 rs. Request a return and refund ...
Received entirely different type of saree from what I ordered. Put a return request via email also but no response. I want refund of my money and return of the saree as soon as possible. This is ridiculous that neither email response is there nor the phone number is working. I will not hesitate to go to consumer forum if not heard.
Hello,I order saree from nallur sarees website .on Jan 19 with ORDER #12249 ..I ordered for Navy blue saree but when I received the parcel it is totally different than the order one... So immediately I send message to return and refund but there is no reply from sender ..waiting for the reply it's past 7 days...
So pls look into matter at earliest.

I have ordered 1 pure banarseeocean blue saree with blouse ( order no. #8357 ) but instead of it i have recd another saree. I want to get my amt of Rs.849/- to be refunded immediately s this is not the product i want. I have mailed u but till now no reply of any mails

My order was wrong, the saree was wrong and bad quality, they company doesn't pick up calls or answer emails
It was an ad on Facebook.

I ordered two saree 1) Yellow bandhni 2) blue saree for 1700 but I got completely different saree with cheap quality which is not even worth 500 Rs.
I tired to call them but phone is switched off all the time and their is no email to reach out to them.

I had ordered one product black banarasee saree but they delievered totally different n cheap saree,, on the same day I mailed them about the wrong item delievery but no response,,
It is been more than a week ,,no response is received even after four times complaint on their mail id given at the return policy ie raj.joshi9447@gmail.com.
I consider it to be simply a cheated case.
It is very disappointed that i got the different saree from nallursarree . I don't know that the sight is fake . And now they don't alltend the call . Please band this type of sight.

They send wrong product to me. And not accepting any return
By 16.01.20 I have received my saree order#7126 and the company sent me the wrong saree and blouse piece is missing. I want my money back or exchange with the right saree which I ordered previously.
I have ordered 2 sarees and paid cash 1698/- they have sent me plain cloth not at all worth for 100/-
Their numbers are not working, no one is replying on emails.

I ordered two sarees cost 1648/-but they delivered worst cloth and different colours they fraud.
I ordered a navy blue silk saree with black blouse. I got a cotton maroon saree. No blouse nothing. They have just 1 email id. I emailed them ...they have still not replied regarding my concern. I have no idea how will I return and how will I receive my REFUND. They have only COD .... My money is gone. Even if they come for return...I will not receive the money. Then I might lose saree n the money. I don't trust them at all.

I have tried in about 8+ contact numbers which they provide in net and all are fake and the call is being forwarded. The are a planned fraud people. I saw many other people sharing the same experience.
