I was 1 mobile order date on 26/04/2020 so that mobile not delivered my address

Here , I would like to file a complaint against one of online forum by name Mobileskar.online.
This website was appeared through my online facebook account hyperlink.
I made a purchase through UPI payment and order ID received as 2205334858 with amount 2298.83 via. gate way Payu Payments Pvt. Ltd. on date 26th April,2020 transaction ID 011714079580.
When i try to contact mentioned customer care number and email, apparently it is wrong details.
I want to cancel my order please send my money back.
I had ordered asus zenphone max pro m2 from new mobile kart for 2200 and I had made an online payment of 2200. After payment I didn't received my mobile yet, its being 2 months now, I tried to call them but they Blacklist my number, I tried visiting to their office address but it was a fake address, there is no such office available there.please help me to get my refund as soon as possible
