Ocash Complaints Reviews Customer Care Number
I applied in OCash app for Rs. 1,00,000/- for my mother's operation. I paid processing fees of Rs. 5,000/- thru patym, now they say my account number is wrong and loan is frozen and to unfreeze the loan, I have to pay Rs. 10,000/- to get the loan amount. They say that loan agreement is there now and I will still have to pay the emis even if loan is not credited to my account. I need help of court to ensure that EMI mandate is not presented to my bank for payment.
This application told that your applied loan is approved. But they told that me once processing fee and I faced lots of mobile apps.. Therefore, I chated the customer number +91 82735 26603 and also I have all history.. Also he told that his name kiran. I paid rs 6000 and have screen shot. The must of mobile app using same upi id that is ravalenterprises@pnb. My humble please who this upi I'd then we will get really mobile application onwer. They are very much rudely to the customer and length of loans only 7 days once late they will text and voice with very unprofessional ways. Please we need your help and support. Thank you

My loan amount was 3500 and the is an option of rollover for 7 days by paying 1400. Till 28th March 2022 i have paid two times the roll over amount bt still the status has not updated in the app. Later by today on 4.4.222 i got the call from an executive to pay 1400 then he will close the account. Bt still it's has not been updated ..as of now I have paid 4200. I want to close this account but there is no any customer care executive details where it can get resolved.plz help me. Enclosed the attachment as well of the payment which has been made till date. The executive from this app are really unprofessional. In an emergency case I opted this app or else I would never if i know about this

Worst punda loan collect in our data storage all in contacts photo all. Thevadiya loan ocash punda. This loan app fraud cheating collect in contacts, photos, videos, hacking this all in ocash loan. I complaint in police station. My relation in our lawyer legal action. I have all record evidence.

I had applied for an insta loan on Dec18th for 4500 and on Dec19th they sent me a Txt msg stating that Ocash has disbursed the amount to my account and repayment has to be done by Dec25th Ive been calling Ocash and sending multiple emails stating I didn't receive the cash at all and how do they expect for a repayment and there isn't any response from them. Now since the repayment date has crossed I had a person from the recovery team to call and msg me on Watsapp I clearly informed her that I've not received the amount at all and why am I supposed to repay she asked me to send statement also and said verifying after which she didn't respond. Now I've been getting calls and msgs literally harassing and blackmailing me that if I don't pay the amount they would start calling all my contacts whicey have stolen from my database. Also they have all my personal information and proofs. OCASH IS JUST FRAUDULENT & if I don't receive a response or cancellation of that particular one I will have to lodge an official Complaint at my nearest JURISDICTION
I paid my loan amount also debited in my account but still not update my amount in ocash app I paid my amount on correct time sir but still amount not updated.
Company agent calling me and he share me my personal deta to someone and sending me on whatsup no...and he saying me i m company manger ...he call to every female and abusing every femals ..sexualy abuse and treathing..
So have complaint to syber crime beuroand and police..

Sir i didn't take any loan from ocash or any other platform but I'm receiving calls from ocash customer care and were speaking in very bad manner and abusing me to repay some kind of loan that I didn't take and they also call my father and talk in a very wrong way if I get another call from this company then I will go straight to the police station and file a complaint against the customer care executive and the manager of the ocash company.
Sir have taken the loan amount of 5000 from the ocash loan app but I have lost my. Job before the diwali festival due to which i was not done the patent on due date but I will promises the ocash agent who calls me that I will done the patent by today before 3pm but they force me that it will done by now how I can do that pls help me they harsh me that they start the call to my relatives but why when I promises to done the payment by today
Someone has taken a loan from Ocash app and when they don't return the money, the app sends messages to all the people in his/her contact. It makes all the people in his/her contact as a nominee.

Unfortunately till I didnt received my salary so I failed to pay ocash loan amount on due date. As of its became 3 days but literally I m getting calls and they are during harassment and even they are stolen my contacts list and started calling to my contact list. Lone from ocah 7500 for 7 day it credited my account 5200 yesterday is last payment day unfortunately it missed but the company charges for one day overdue is Rs500 and his calling me that use bad language.so I am not it today
I have never took any loan frm this service provider and i receive a message which is not at all relevant to me. I called the same number, the executive did not hear my words and he starts abusing me?? I mean how cn ppl send random messages and abuse ppl??
My money has been deducted twice. Ocash are not even bothered to attend call nor to reply my emails. Their executives even do not reply to messages and calls.

My phone is hacked. All the contact details are calling everyone from the Ocash side and they are being harassed and abuse .now being used is being done
One of my friends who is going to call, he also complained police station but despite this his call is going to all the numbers.

My Name is Sudhir Kumar Singh My Wife Simpi Singh is taking a loan on online loan platform application name Ocash she is taking loan for 7 days and loan due date is 12th of August but unfortunately she has missed to pay loan amount in 12th of August then 13th of August Ocash Executive or loan officer call him but I have picked up the call and he will talking about loan then I will insure we will pay loan amount today till evening then they will without our permission they are stealing our data and all contacts without our permission it's a cyber crime, almost this is hacker's and they called my contact's for pay the loan amount and they said my contact Simpi Singh was mention your contact number as reference but we have not mention those numbers and they abuse and threats to my wife and also my contact
