I recieved wrong product , and want to return this my order is different and I receive wrong product from koviware pleased return my product and refund my money

I received totally different and worst quality of bra which was shown by ormino hub at Instagram ad 6bra at 599. The quality was sooo worst when it got delivered. This is fraud which you people are doing, looting money by showing something and giving some ###. I want my Refund. So i was sending email to them from for refund and return...but there us no response from their side not even a single reply if my mail...
As am leaving on wed to my native place for some important work ...but still i haven't got any help from them..
So as i got this from google for complaint so i am writing complain here..
This is totally wrong i will complaint against this company in police station . My order will be replace as early as possible other wise just wait and watch withing 2 days. This is gentle reminder. I will file against this company if there is no action will be taken .
Bra ka size galat hai hai aur aur aur jo product mangaya tha vah nahin hai kyunki vah plain Bura hai aur yah printed Hain un ka colour alag tha Inka colour alag hai vah thoda pad thi the ya simple hai hamen yah exchange karke chahie please help me
