Dear Sirs,
Since date of installation of your cable in T.V’s our entire family subjected to hardship due to poor communications, frequent cutoffs by the local branch manager staff and in spite of repeated complains did not heed nor attended in time for that our family constrained to fix TATA-DTH cable in our set UPS’. As such the installed set boxes of Ortel is not necessary need to be removed by your staff at Jeypore and the cost, security deposited at the time of installation and supply of connection need to be refunded with interest. A damage and compensation of at least Rs 50,000/- need to be made for the caused deficient services, communication and caused metal agonies and hardships.
Therefore you both are hereby called upon to take back your oriel cable communication set up boxes with the ID’s and refund the demanded amount at an early date preferably within one month from the date of receipt of this notice failing on which I shall be forced to knock the door of local Consumer Forum for legal redress well.
