Oyo rooms Complaints Reviews Customer Care Number
Someone called me saying they're from Oyo Rooms and they need money to book my hotel. It appeared they were from Oyo. Then he kept saying that server is down and i will have to pay again. I paid 18,566 in total, 3 transactions. The number seems to be a fraud and I didn't get any refund till now. Happened at 3:30 pm today. Oyo said they will refund but they're not taking my calls now
I made a reservation for Friday untile Tuesday that was over 200 Dollers then when I got there I had to put 100 Dollers deposit up well after entering the room we looked at it and there was mold in coffee pot that has been there a good while tobbocoo in a drawer no blankets on bed only 1 light bulb in hole room they never did bring any towels or come to get the trash no shower curtain and the only lamp that worked was on the floor I took a few pics as soon as I got there then at check out they said we was smoking in there but when we got there there was tobbocoo in the drawer and ashes on the floor I do have more pics of it all

Train cancel k wajah se booking cancel krna pra , so m 4 nov ko booking cancel kr diya, cancel day se aaj 16 days ho gye bt amount bank account m credit nhi hua .jb m ne oyo helpline pe baat kiya to bta rhe ki hamare end se payment successho gya h.aur bank ref no. V de rhe h .bt mera sawal h ki agr oyo rooms k end payment done h to payment account m kyu nhi aaya?
