I have made payment of Rs 20000/- on date 11/07/2021 with transaction ID –VT211930132002440000037 and Authentication code-009465 through my credit card via an application named BETVIP to Pasfar tech pvt ltd , but later I was found that it was a fraudster and made the fraud payment. So , please take necessary actions and refund my money.

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Recharge Related issue
The issue that I have experienced was: On 6th august 2021 I Made an online Recharge through your online website. They Show My Recharge Offer unlimited pack Rs 599/- And I selected it For My recharge , the Amount Of Rs 581/- deducted From My account Later shown A message There is no Recharge Offer For Rs 581.so the recharge could not processed but they deducted the amount from my account, please refund the money to my amount as early as possible.
It occurred on: 6/08/2021
Please Refund My money Rs 581/- to My bank Account
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

So, Please take necessary actions and refund my money
Amount RS 3720 deducted but my dish TV was not recharged on 02-08-2021 through card and the reference number is OTHPG 121411330509 so kindly refund the amount
While online recharging the DISH TV. A sight opened DTH RECHARGE,wherein asked for RGD. MOBILE NO. 9512145422 AND my above sighted V.C. number
aacco appeared and they asked that for recharge of 500,only 485 is to be paid,so I paid Rs.485.00 from my account on the 26 06 2021, on enquiry DISH TV CONSUMER CELL advised that no money was received, hence above TV VC NO could not be RECHARGED. I paid Rs 145/- through online BOI on 05/08/2021 towards recharge of my mobile no 9003156762. the amount is debited to my BANK OF INDIA account on 05/08/2021 but till Now however Airtel recharge is not made on the said mobile number. Kindly refund the amout of Rs 145/- immediately.
