Hi i have made a online payment thru Paytm for Jyotsna enterprises for mobile phone which is not confirmed but the payment got credited
I have ordered a pair of shoes from paytm worth ruppes 813. It was a prepaid order. I did not received the order but paytm says ordered is delivered and also send me a pic of fake signatures done by delivery boy.
What should i do?
I order a whirlpool washing machine of Rs 15000 on 8th of August from Paytm, the expected date of delivery was 14th of October but i haven't received any order and update yet.
When i tried to call the customer care, they told me that it is delaying from the partner's end and even they are not giving me the contact number of their partners nor they are giving me the refund.
