PNB Metlife Insurance Company Complaints Reviews Customer Care Number
On 27/4/2020 I go to sbi atm for withdrawal 10000 rupee the transaction is going but light has gone and the security man said that your will reverse then we withdrawal more 10000 then we check balance is 3724 but balance haven't 13724 then we complaint to customer care but they don't help us we call them again and again but they don't help us to reverse the money

Sub: Complaint against PNB Met life Insurance company. - Policy No.21046819 in the name of D R Bhat
I have been forced by PNB Metlife Insurance to buy one Policy vide Policy No.21046819 for Rs.30000/- .through Karnataka Bank Ltd , Hesaraghatta Road Branch, Bangalore while taking Housing Loan.
Karnataka Bank has deducted the amount from Housing Loan and paid us the balance.
While purchasing the Policy they were clear that if I do not pay further installments for two years I will get the money back . Now they say that Policy is lapsed and I can not get refund of Rs.30000/-
Which I have invested from my savings and hard work.
Now they say that I should have cancelled the policy within 15 days of the receipt of the policy documents. But the fact of the case which I can prove that I have received the policy after 20 days of my payment, which I have already highlighted to them.
This is a day light robbery by a reputed bank and since two years I have gone 20 times to all the branches and pleaded but in vain as they say vague answers and no responsible persons are in this bank.
Now, kindly intervene and give me justice and refund my money with interest immediately otherwise I am highlighting to all the customers of PNB metlife and file an FIR for the same.
