This letter is to inform you that my headphones are not working properly, and I am facing a lot of difficulties while using it. As you know this is the main thing for attending calls in call center. bought the "realme buds wireless 2" On 19/03/2022. But problem is buds wire too low quality and wire is automatically cut some space.
I request you Please allot me new headphones .
i bought a realme X7 phone through flipkart Order date (12.02.2021) Received (19.02.21). (19.02.22)my mobile auto off and not worked display and i couldnt turnon the phone, then i immediately contact with chennai ambattur realme service center and they serviced my phone with warrently. now today (05.03.22) my mobile turnoff with same problem. im getting irritate from this company.
I ordered wireless headset with ear buds .
My orders colour was black
But I received only 1 product
The colour s yello
Now I want to return the product
Product delivered damaged and only one product delivered also i have ordered sony brand its delivered realme
I have purchased combo set of earphone of RS-1599/-
NEXASHIP website they shipped only NECKBABD EARPHONE in order box.Sir kindly response my complaint it's urgent my no -8478808327.

I recieved defective product of realme.. i want to replace. This item otherwise i will take bad action against you
