16 Aug 22 I purchased a sling bag from Reliance footprint, moradabad store. but only after one use its stitches has open. I am really disappointed. Not expected this from reliance. I am a frequent buyer of reliance product but its really a pathetic experience.
Either I want an exchange of product or return my money.

30 Apr 22 I purchased Fila brand shoes on 11.4.2022 and just within 15 days It was torn off
I made complaint to the store and delivered the article in the store on 25.4.2022 for exchange but till today we have not received any response.Really it is a disgusting experience.
