I undersign Ajit B. Soni, my wife Shubhangi A. Soni and my daughter Kalashree H. Ravalji are members of SAHARA CREDIT CO.OP. SOCEITY. We have our F.D.s, namely GOLDEN 24 on our names. All our F.D.s are matured on 7Th may 2020.
These F.D.s were allotted to us, as an exchange of previous other investments, on it’s maturity. We accepted these F.D.s as the gesture of help, as they were passing through financial and legal crises and were not able to pay the due amount.
This time we are not in the position to extend the period of investments, as we are growing old (Age-64 years), and not able to work now.
Kindly intertwin in our matter and request the SAHARA CREDIT CO.OP. SOCEITY to pay our dues.

We had a fixed deposit of 96 months in the company which has matured on 23 april 2020 but still the company is not paying us our mature payment amount which is due at their end...after reaching at the office agents are not responding properly and they are not repaying us our matured amount

I am in need of money and I have been told that work will be completed after one month which will be too late for me. I ,Dr Raghavendra Kulkarni Bidar Karnataka state India,belongs to a middle class family. Deposited my hard earned ( land sold) money in sahara credit cooperative society.My elder brother( 30lakhs) my senior citizen mother aged about 85 years .(30lakhs) and myself (30lakhs) invested all three independently but the promise was to give 15 int monthly interest. But after couple of months sahara stopped giving it from there onwards we r struggling to get our money back.but sir that commitment was for one year .but they forcibly renewed for 18 months again . unecessary torture .Some 15 lakhs Fixed deposit matured 2 years back.they are not ready to repay it. And telling that our q shop and housing case is in court,so our money is strucked But sir which is not related to this case.
My mother is sick I'm bad need of money for treatment.
My daughter's marriage is fixed. I am in the bad need of money.
My Brother is also an unemployed , his position is worst . situation of whole family is very bad sir . I am a covid doctor struggling to give lives to people , but at the same time these people are torturing us by non payment even after maturity. Im in grave and bad condition sir please help our family .
Today I recived a telephone call from banglore regional manager( Shatrugna Kumar 9960036666) telling about the reinvestment part where already did 2 times reinvestment.Then also he is telling, it is an order from sahara (shri.Subrata Roy) you have to obey this. He is giving mental torture even though strongly I refused . explained grave condition and nessasites of money and family problems.But he is telling the same stories. And at the same repayed 46 lakhs rupees to Ward family at Gulbarga district in the same time.And a same call from Ramkoteshwar rao ZM zonal manager Hyderabad same asking for forcible reinvestment and no payment.(9392610009) same story
But I am not understanding what funda is going on they are telling (shri Subrata Roy) sahara owner ,is not having amount in credit cooperative society where licence is issued from MP govt who is responsible for this. I reqest them to take strong action against this group and give justice to poor covid doctor like me

I started 5 account of Sahara RD policy
For sister's marriage , but couldn't take refund my policy money refund,
Due to I had to tak other loans for sister's marriage, It was very costly for me, so please help me out in trouble.

It is almost 20 months has been completed after submitting all the required documents for claiming my recurring deposit but no reply received till date. I have visited company's office so many times but they are not honouring my claim. Even after given acknowledgement by officer concern, they are withdrawing from their commitment and want me to enter into litigation. What was the fault at my end in depositing our small savings in Sahara Credit Cooperative Society. Their employee Mr Manish used to come to collect the monthly funds. Honour my claim immediately without further delay. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolve soon..
