We need our maturity amount and below are the issues I am facing.
1. Unable to locate the address which they have shared
2. Unable to connect on the call which is present in the website "http://sumsl.in/contact.html"
3. Unable to connect on the call which we can find it google " 0542 245 4811"
4. They are not replying on the emails.
We have lost our earning member in the 2nd wave of COVID. For us arranging a single rupee is a pain and we can't afford to lose such a big amount which we invested in this company.
Please help and suggest the way forward to get the amount.
One agent of Sonipat namely Chanchal Ahuja sold an FDR no. 34015099771 for Rs. 50,000/-to me on 02/02/2016 stating at that time that it will be matured in 5 years, but after completion of prescribed period, it has not been refunded to me.Issing office Bahalgarh F.C.-2089, authorised centre(5321). Please refund my maturity amount immediately
This is to inform that I, Malini Fulara, had invested a sum of Rs. 85,000/- (Rs. 50,000/- + Rs. 35,000/-) in Sahara on 24/09/2012.
The following Bonds were issued to me: -

The documents issued, however, did not mention my name and the Maturity amount as was advertised prior to phishing my hard-earned money. The Company advertisement is attached herewith for perusal.
Upon enquiring from the Agent, I was further issued Sahara “Q-Shop Plan-H” Bonds dated 24/09/2012 bearing the detail as mentioned below: -
