This is a website with lots of fashion items at very cheap rates. No provision for COD payment terms. try to find address and contact numbers , non functional.
Needs to be investigated to ascertain the fradulent intentions of the site owner
Ordered 3 blouses on CoD. One came correctly and the other 2 were conveniently replaced with kurtas. I don't understand how this can happen, if the entire order was for a single category.
Now the catch with this website is that when you return the kurtas, you neither get the money nor the replacement. They are swift to arrange the reverse pickup, but no replacement or exchange.
There have been enough customer complaints and review to know that if you receive anything but what you ordered for then you have been duped. Those who got lucky received exactly what they ordered for.
I had ordered blue cotton blouse from Sazrika. First of all received the in product extremely late without an apology from them. Secondly, received a piece which won't even close it was wrong fit.
They claim easy returns on Facebook page but when I got in touch with Sazrika team they said they have no return policy.
When I showed them their claims on Facebook, they disappeared and no response since then.
And not to forget, I am writing this review for the second time as they approve and showcase only good or average reviews and don't approve negative or low rating reviews. They are cheating on customers.
