Hey Shadowflax,
I ordered a basket of gifts using your Pay Later option and the delivery partner actually came to my house and collected cash from me. That was fine, but when I checked my account the payment never got deducted and it still shows as unpaid. I understand there can be glitches but this delay is causing me trouble. I need the payment status updated ASAP and to know if I am being charged extra interest for this delay. Also, I want to know if my order still will be processed and delivered. Any swift resolution would be appreciated as this is my first time using Shadowflax and I expected better service. Thank you.
