i got a mail about reverse pickup of my product on 26.05.2022 stating that on 27.05.2022 the pickup person will come to pickup of product but your executive came on 28.05.2022 and took my product.
when I asked for acknowledgment he told me it was online so i will get a mail confirmation.
But when I checked your mail of 26.05.2022 it is there showing Return Initiated ( in Blue colour ) Return pickup scheduled ( in Blue Colour) but Return picked up till today it is in white colour. Whereas your person collected the product on 28.05.2022 itself.
I am making several quires with the product manufacturer they are telling me give us the track number so that we can do the best to return the exchange product.

I ordered a REALME 8i mobile but ParleG biscuit packets got delivered to me by consignor Kartrocket small surface powered by SHIPROCKET.
The order placed for a clothing on 30th dec has not reached yet . Not a single phone call or message about the delay was notified . The tracking site doesn’t have any contact or feedback column. The company would force a buyer to even put a negative rating for the purchasing company from who the product was purchased.

Communications had about this problem to the supplier but not relevant reply. The product is just like lime stone solution.
This supplier is being attracting to the people with advertisement in Facebook.
