I ordered for 3 pair of winter shirts but when i recieved my order i got a pair of trunk pants and a shirt both of cheapest quality.I just want a return of my order and get the exact things which i have actually ordered not the cheap stuff.
I want to return the shirts order from shirtcooper. These are the worst shirts i have ever seen. They are totally different from what I have seen in website. I have tried contacting several times to contact the customer cares. They really doesnt respond. I just want to return these shirts.
I have order 3 shirt for 1098 i have received the prouduct they jave given a low quality shirt and a track pant it was really sad thing can you suggest for a return or a refund
I, Shankar kumar having order id SC47023 with Cash on delivery mode got wrong worst products from Shirtcooper.
I have mailed thrice to this company regarding this issue but there is no reply from their side.
Please help me.
I have order 2 shirt from shirt Cooper i when I got delivery i saw different product which I didn't order it was totally different so I want my money back
I want to return my order . cause they gave me shiitii product doesn't worth 1000 rupies .and I paid 1000 for this .that's why

A few days ago, I purchased a pair of shirts online from "Shirt Cooper". On the website, the shirts looked pretty good. When I received the order I noticed that the shirts are of cheap quality, they are totally different from the shirts displayed on the website. So, immediately I wrote them a mail saying "I would like to initiate a Return/Refund process". Within 15 minutes, I received an mail saying "Thank You for reaching us Our customer care will get back to you ASAP". Now, it's been 11 days since I haven't received any response. So, today I checked for their phone number online and tried to call, they picked up and started asking questions like - How much amount did you pay? Then they asked, do you have any Google Pay(Tez), PhonePe, etc which are the online transaction apps. Then I said I have Google Pay, then the asked me the phone number that is registered on the app I told them. A while later, the guy tells me to open your calculator app and enter the last 4 digits of your account number, I found something fishy so I cut the call. A few minutes later, I called them again and this time I said I don't have any online transaction app then suddenly, the guy says "Sorry sir, I will have to call you back". Now it's hours and I haven't received any call. This is a complete fraud case. I request you to please look into the matter. Thank You.
I have ordered pack of 4 shirts, to my amaze when i opened the box i got to see some cheap non branded shirts which were not of my any interest. I tried to email the company in anticipation of reply but did not get any reply, not to forget this great company doesn't provide you with any phone no.
I studied about this company on internet & got to know i'm not the only 1 who has been cheated, after surfing about 1 hour i got hold of a number: 8838442523. When i spoke with the person named Amit Kumar he asked me to give my UPI ID & told that he will refund my amount.
He send me some google submission form & disconnected my call & when trying to call him back his not picking his phone.
First experience of fraud so wanted to share with all.
I purchased two shirt from shirtcooper website. When I got order colour of both shirts are different. I try to return this order but no one responded. I want my refund 998 ruppes.
This website is fraud please report .
The item i have seen in photos are totally different when the item is delivered
I had received the wrong item by shirtcooper and they did not replied till now.
