One of your delivery partner came to my house to pick my the product but he refuses to take it back, the reason is tag.

The tag which has to provide on the product by the company but there is no tag when I receive the product.

The product is unused even then the delivery man refuses to take it back.

What is my fault in this condition when company hasn't give the tag?

I want my money back I don't know how.
