Maine real me X maine book kiya tha 1 aug 2019 ko aur upi se payment bhi kiya but na mobile aaya nahi phone aaya maine iski compalne bhi ki hai voxya site pr but waha bhi legal notice ja chuka hai uske baad bhi problem solve nhi hui hai
plz mer amt return krwa dijiye maine lucky pathik k naam se book kiya tha phone

Hi sir I booked a mobile (Realme x) prise 15999/- on 3rd august 2019 at SHOOPSKAART.COM , and make payment through phone pe QR code . After that I called 2 or 3 day for delivery but customer care told me that “ you will receive mobile within 4 days” after 5 august Company customer care no 18001030228 became dead. After two days company`s site has been closed having a massage that “Due to some issue with our Seller, All orders are canceled & refunded to the same payment method you used to pay. It's credit within 4-7 working days but sometimes it takes up to 21 working days depending on your bank. Please contact us on or after 31st August if your refunded amount is not reflecting in your bank account. We are working with New sellers & our website reopen on 1st September with Great Deal & offers. I had ordered Vivo Z* pro on **/**/****. The order number is ***** and paid Rs.14490/- through phone pe. I neither receive any product nor the refund. On their closed website they were stating that refund will be credited in *-* days but they haven't given any refund. They are not answering on consumer care number and email also. I want my full refund.

I have ordered a realme 3i mobile through phonepe in Shoopkaart website on 05 aug 2019. Payment is successful, but i didnt nit recieve any notification regarding this transaction from Shoopkaart and also there is no order history in the website. Contacts are not reachable and also there is no response.
