i have purchased saree through online from silkrow.in by order no 8524975 but I am not satisfied with that product because it is not match with what I ordered and one saree was also damaged but i am not able to contact them through their phone number please do the needful as early as possible

Which I ordered rs 1600 two sarees but I received a very bad quality and those are not good to see the quality also not good and the sarees are completely different from the product which I have ordered
I have ordered a combo saree and received a worst product which cost is 1599 including shipping charges. In the site they mentioned easy returns policy but there is no option in that website. I have browsed n got some customer care number and contacted they are not properly responding.just said we activated return for ur order. Number of people post complained about this site i saw this in google. Please make a return and refund my money. Also want to block the whole site.
