I T.Sunitha, SB account holder A/C UBI,I would like to bring to your kind attn that on 16/7/21 I have ordered online on Myntra,done payment via online and received the deliverable but not satisfied and returned. And for my refund when I opened Sonaebuy.com customer care,the above number displayed and when called on that number,the person asked me to install team viewer and convinced me to enter 16 digit debit card number,so that I will get my refund immediately in my account,so I did the same and within 5 minutes,Rs.9,999/- got debited and iam shocked and tried calling that number again & again but no response,and that unknown person has blocked my number too. Hence I request your goodselves to kindly look in to this fraud scam and do the needful to get my amount back.
