I have bought sony bravia cost 54000 tv last 3yrs back now its got repair and i have given complaint to sony customer care.the technician came and checked tv and told that panel was gone to replace it its cost is 18500 but i have taken to local tv repairer got repaired in 7500 only.i complaint is why the company member me that much price u people have to action on the technician and his name is lingishetty babu from chikkadpally sony tv customer care.

done. Not delivered but company saying order cancelled.
I haven't cancelled the order.
And when asked for refund company asking for UPI pin.
Don't underestimate this.
Pls do the needful of returning the amount or delevery of the consignment booked .

Hi I am ordering a Sony Bluetooth online, I made netbenking,. Now I have not seeing tracking details, so that I go for costomber care thay ask me tha UPI pin. I am argument that after that thay did not pick up my phone, or thay block me. I am going to cyber policestation,to complete that issue. Kindly be ware of this company. I had reported to Sony toll free Number on 06/12/2019 & technical person came on 9th (Mr Amaresan Lawrence # 8050899244 ) and he was not able to solve the problem , he told he as take photo and send to the Sony office and come back to me .but after 3 days i came know the that the panel for that model is not available in Sony center . So please kindly get it repaired and help us ( solve the problem )
