1. On what basis this website is permitted from the cybercrime authority?
2. In which the website activities are criminal conspirated how could it still dealt under consumer law ?
I want my money back with the penalty of 10 times the paid amount
This complaint has to be upgraded to the cybercrime authority and shall be dealt under criminal law
I couldn't received a confirmation order but my payment is successfully done . So I want to cancelled my order and refund my amount.

I purchased a phone for my mother birthday goft from www.sparenkart.com on 15 june 8:26 am. Site asked payment through google pay. I made the payment of rs 1990. No confirmation and payment received by fraudster.
I searched on net . I found this site took money from thousands of ppl and never give back. Its a fraud. Google is permoting it by showing site name on 2nd place .Just type, " Buy refurbished mobile in India" 2nd result in google is this fraud site.
I complaint to google. google told me to contact bank. Bank told me to contact google.
What I am expecting:
Its my humble request to stop this scam. Many poor people just like me lose its several month saving.

Made payment of Rs 1249/- for refurbished Oppo K3 phone order confirmation no received, tried reaching C/C on 7300414596 no switched off. Fraud company name shown in Google. Should be removed, I should have checked the review before ordering.
Made a purchase of a refurbished phone for one of my workers. Made the payment through paytm. The payment is gone and no acknowledgement from the company. The ten number kn their website does not work. And then I saw all the complaints. How can these companies or fraudsters ve allowed during such a horrible time.
I place an order at sparenkart@gmail.com page. It shows no cash on delivery and ask for payment. I paid money through google pay. It shows confirm order through WhatsApp and gives a link. When I opened it it shows there is no number to WhatsApp. My money is paid through sparenkart.
