Ye product mujhe bahut late delivery ke baad mila, aur uski quality bhi bahut poor thi – bilkul website pe jo dikhaya gaya tha usse match nahi karta.
Maine company ko WhatsApp ke through message bheja tha, lekin unhone koi response nahi diya. Unki 7-day return policy hone ke baavajood unka support bilkul non-responsive hai.
Mujhe is product ka return/refund chahiye, lekin company contact karne ke baad bhi koi solution nahi de rahi hai.
Meri request hai ki is issue par turant action liya jaye, taki mujhe mera paisa wapas mile ya product ka proper replacement ho.
