The jacket I was order denim blue clour.but I had received a dark blue jacket and its look like already used.Also the packing cover was not good

I think you will give a response to my complaint.
I've ordered two denim jackets from Squarepig website and paid it online for the same, total amount that I Paid for the order was INR.1439. I did receive the tracking details after few days placing the order (https://shiprocket.co/tracking/700013293988), but the delivery date keeps on changing everyday. Did tried calling the number given on their website but no one answer the call, also tried reaching them on the customer email ID but there is no response to the email as well.
