Sir/mam I order my dress on 11 oct and its not deliver it yet and they are saying only is on process on 30th oct they said the dress was ready and today they are saying its is on stitching.they are making fool to the customer...i already mention them i want its for diwali after diwali what shuold i do for the dress and i want the refund worth ?1600....
I had ordered white churidar set on 3 rd July through insta page on prepaid of amount 1650.it had received 13 July.But the dress had received has many damages like black spots ,dirt,small hole etc.All these details I had mailed,watsapp,messaged in instagram also.But they doesn't respond.so I need replacement.

Me as customer, wants to file complaint against the online shopping page named swisholic.com ( dress_universe) . Sir i had complaint against the product which had mistake in dress . I had complaint about the product to the shurti jain( owner of the online shopping site) bt she didn't took any action. Online shopping fraud are done by many such sites they charge at high rate n their send cheap clth material product which even has mistakes in products . I request u to take action against these page and protect the costumer from the fraud going on in the name of selling brands .
