I, paankhi desai ordered a dress with order ID 109320345 never recieved the product. When contacted the customer care I was informed that the product is being sent back to the vendor last week and i was told that I would be recieving the refund but I still haven't gotten the refund or the product. I have prepaid but no updates have been provided
Non delivery of my order no 108435390, as there was lockdown in our locality there was no parcels being delivered. But on 28 th July I did receive a msg saying that the parcel has been delivered. Till date I have not received any parcel from your end.
I called a Tata cliq complaint no.9337710197 available on Google and after speaking to the person he said yes the order has been cancelled and we will be crediting it to your Card, for which I was asked to download an app qs support and asked to feed my card details, after which my card was hacked, luckily I realised my mistake, and simultaneously received a call from the card centre and requested them to block my card.
I was lucky that I didn't loose any money, please check the sight where your customer care no is mentioned below that this no for complaints is mentioned.
I have been buying dresses, shoes etc from Tata cliq when in Mumbai. Thought that I should inform about this matter as many a times people are cheated.
Hope you would look into my order too, if you can deliver it at the same address would be thankful.

I paid cash rs. 990/- and the watch for wat i had ordered was a smart watch and wat i got thru your delivery partners was the one shown in the pictures ???
Please note that this is not fair at all n yes please refund my money immediately in the same number thru paytm n get the watch which you got delivered returned n i want the watch i got ordered for immediately .
Please do the needful as soon as possible
Please note that this is not to be taken so normal but very seriously n or else we shall be forced to take further actions for the same n then donot blame us for it .

Do the needful n revert back on the asap
This kind of nonsense is not to be taken by us. Please elsend us our refund n the original product for which we ordered for ok
When we recd. The packet we saw this product packed which we never ordered plz stop making people fools by taking the orders online n stop being like a company from new delhi who are big cheaters n biggest thieves or robbers plz send my product ordered , if you guys cant deliver the things shown over the advertisements then please stop showing it to people n if yes then deliver the real products shown in it please stop making us fools understand this very well ok ...
