In November, 2021 I was booked new tata sky set box . The technician has came and installed the new setup box . He charged total amount 2470 rupees for one year plan and additional costs extra . We paid him 2470 in cash
Now we are trying to get a new channel in my account
When I checked my account it's 120 rupees dues then I was contact tata sky customer care in yesterday . I will told him everything what's happened. Today customer care excutive contact me and also the distributor.
The distributor ask me why you active in six months later if you had any problems then you take action in November 2021

I have recharge my Tatasky account dated 26th August 2020 amounting Rs. 2640 & Rs. 1400. But due to my financial problem I have request to Tatasky Associate for refund my amount. He initiate the same, tatasky account debited the amount. But till now I have not received any amount from your side. I have checked my bank account and payzapp account. Attached please find my bank details from 26.08.20 to 13.09.20. I have contact several time to tatasky associates but till now no solution for the same. I have also contact to Payzapp customer care. They told me tatasky not initiate the payment for refund. Please do as urgent basis. Why it is not initiate the same. Who is responsible for this amount. Who is responsible for interest the above amount.

Hi I am from Chembur, mera tv 3 aug se nhi chal raha hai abhi jald hi recharge kiya hai par continue no single bata raha hai jab ki baarish bhi ho raha hai har baar complaint kiya hai baar baar aisa hi hota hai or helpline no pe call karo tho call hi nhi lagta hai kitna ganda service hai tata sky ka yeh 4 time m complaint kar rahi hu yeh last hai jaldi se jald yeh problem door karo recharge khatm hota hai ek week pehle se hi inform karty ho kab koi problem hota hai tho ek month tab sirf complaint karo bas. Yeh problem jaldi solve karo
For more than 3 months I have been charged for the Tata sky binge service without being provided it. I have raised complaints starting from mid March to no avail. Everytime I am forced to contact Tata sky customer services to get the matter fixed but I am always told that a complaint will be raised and someone from Tata sky will get in touch with me to get it fixed. The response to our innumerous emails is a standard response from Tata Sky saying due to covid, services will be delayed but it had been three and a half months now and no solution provided YET THEY ARE TAKING MONEY FOR IT. Neither is my Tata sky binge being fixed not am I able to drop the pack from my Tata sky app. I am being charged for the pack without being able to avail it's services. For the last 3 and a half months, I have spent hours contacting the Tata sky representatives to fix this issue but there has been no effort or progress from Tata sky. Kindly look into this urgently.

I am not satisfied with decision of Tata Sky nodal officer. My complaint is not addressed properly, without giving any logical or justifiable reason for change in my subscription plan and increase of my subscription amount without even informing me or obtaining my confirmation, thus causing loss of Rs.8242 to me.
Tata Sky nodal officer has replied in response to my complaint that Quote "In compliance with the new tariff order your MultiTV charges have marginally increased." Unquote
However, the "new tariff order" does not allow M/s Tata Sky to change my subscription plan and increase my monthly charges without even informing me forget obtaining my confirmation. It may be seen from my Tata Sky registered email extract (attached here) that there was no intimation from M/s Tata Sky about changes in my subscription plan (Multi TV service) or my account subscription charges.
Further, increase of Rs.1300 per month is not marginal for me. However, if it is marginal for the nodal officer then M/s Tata Sky may bear the same and refund it to me.
Hence I am preferring this complaint before your good selves by providing full details of the complaint again below:
This complaint is because Rs.8,242.28 is excess charged by making arbitrary change to my monthly subscription pack without even informing me or obtaining confirmation. This is first time that I have faced payment issue with M/s Tata Sky since past 8 years that I am availing the service. Before you reach to any conclusion, I request to please read the below complaint carefully along with supporting facts and attachments.
Since 2012 we have been using four Tata Sky set top boxes and subscribed to annual mega pack with multi TV subscription.
On 2nd June 2019 I had called M/s Tata Sky executive on Helpline number with request to subscribe "Premium Sports English HD" Pack for my one set top box and "Multi TV" Pack for three set top boxes. M/s Tata Sky executive told me to pay additional Rs.26,500 in order to avail the annual bonus offer. Hence on 2nd June 2019 I paid Rs.26,500 towards full one year subscription charge for my four set top boxes, in order to avail annual bonus offer (bonus being due on 27th May 2020). However Rs.26,500 paid for one year subscription got over by 31st January 2020 itself. This was because from about 1st August 2019 onwards my subscription was changed to "Premium Sports English HD" Pack on all my four set top boxes without even informing me or obtaining my confirmation. This resulted in increase of my monthly Tata Sky expense by about Rs.1300 per month for 6 months from August 2019 to January 2020).
The calculation of annual subscription amount of Rs.26,500 by M/s Tata Sky executive valid from 2nd June 2019 up to 27th May 2020 was as follows:
Annual subscription amount of Rs.26,500 = (Premium Sports English HD Pack @ Rs.744.60 per month x 12 months x 1 set top box) + (Multi TV subscription @ Rs.399.90 per month x 12 months x 3 set top boxes) + (TATA Sky Binge @ Rs.249 per month x 12 months) = Total Rs.26,319.60 for one year annual subscription (from 2nd Jun2 2019 up to 27th May 2020)
As evidence of the aforesaid, please find attached here all my Tata Sky Monthly Account Statements along with Tata Sky registered email extract.
It may be seen from my Tata Sky registered email extract that there was not even a single intimation from M/s Tata Sky about changes in Multi TV service and my subscription charges. Without intimation or confirmation, my subscription was arbitrarily changed to "Premium Sports English HD" Pack on all my four set top boxes from about 1st August 2019 onwards. This led to increase of my monthly Tata Sky expense by about Rs.1300 per month for 6 months (from August 2019 to January 2020).
Honestly, we don't watch English TV channels and "Premium Sports English HD" Pack was subscribed on one TV for my guests only. The "Premium Sports English HD" Pack is expensive and M/s Tata Sky should have intimated about changes in Multi TV service before subscription of "Premium Sports English HD" Pack on all my four set top boxes.
If M/s Tata Sky had informed before arbitrarily increasing my subscription charges then I would have subscribed "Premium Sports English HD" Pack on only one set top box and "Hindi Basic" Pack on my three set top boxes from 1st August 2019 onwards. With my this subscription change, my Tata Sky charges should have been Rs.2033.29 per month from 1st August 2019 onwards calculated as follows:
My Tata Sky monthly charges from 1st August 2019 onwards = (Premium Sports English HD Pack: Rs.751.81 per month x 1 set top box) + (Hindi Basic Pack: Rs.344.16 per month x 3 set top boxes) + (TATA Sky Binge: Rs.249.00) = Rs.2,033.29 per month
Accordingly from 1st August 2019 up to 31st January 2020 M/s Tata Sky should have charged Rs.12,199.74 (i.e. Rs.2,033.29 x 6 months) to my account. However actually M/s Tata Sky has charged about Rs.20,442.02 to my account from 1st August 2019 to 31st January 2020 (Tata Sky Monthly Account Statements are attached for reference). This resulted in total excess charge of Rs.8,242.28 to my account due to change in my monthly subscriptions from about 1st August 2019 onwards without even a single information/intimation or confirmation.
It is requested to kindly refund or adjust the aforesaid excess amount of Rs.8,242.28 charged to my account from 1st August 2019 to 31st January 2020. Presently I have temporarily suspended two of my Tata Sky set top boxes and have changed my cable TV subscriber to Jio TV. If M/s Tata Sky could not refund or adjust the aforesaid excess amount charged to my account, then I will have no option but to change my cable TV subscriber for my balance two TVs as well.
I wish to continue with good Tata Sky and sincerely believe in honesty of the company. I sincerely request you to the needful as Rs.8,000 is a big amount for me. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

Suddenly i am not able to view Tata sky(ID 1131331181) paid channels while some free to air and tatasky paid channels are coming. Looks like some issue being generated by tata sky itself and They are asking 150 rs in advance for Technical person to visit home wothout knowing actual reasons of it which looks to me some fraud as this is recurring issue every year and they are looting millions by just changing settings at there end. Suspecious way of fraud happening with lakhs of customer. Please help as i am not able to see national channels too which is my right to see. My mobilne no is 9971522006 and i am from gurgaon haryana.
My package was expired in Dec'2018, tata sky agent called and told me that if i recharge 3410 it will be valid for next 1 year even if there is TRAI rules gets amended in any moment of point.
Accordingle i have done recharge on 22nd Dec 2018 but now the validity shows only till Oct'2019. I called tata sky customer care agent but he is telling it applicable all across the cusromet, i told him to play the call record to listen the promise made by his agent but he is not ready for that.

I Swatantra Kumar Sah (Tata Sky Subscriber id 1331678886) subscriber of Tata sky from 14th July. I have taken connection from authorized dealer of Tata Sky (searched on Just dial) whose Mobile number is 9520097913. Who has provided me the connection with plan of 6 month hd channel with hd setup box but my connection has been discontinued on 20th July due to insufficient balance. However i have contacted to the dealer on his mobile number and whats app chat but he always said that it will be recharged but not recharged. Against which i had made many time complaint to the customer care, he always take the complaint but resolved any time. And again contacted to customer care he say that your mobile is not reachable, however i had provided with my 2 mobile numbers and also email id. But no call from technical team support has been called me and also Authorized dealer has blocked my number. I have all the proves regarding conversation with authorized dealer for 6 month recharge. Till now i have been not provided with any support from Tata Sky side.
On 28th of July i have made recharge of Rs 500 (My plan is of Rs 412) but on 30th night my Tv is showing that please recharge other wise it will be discontinued from tomorrow. Against which i have made complaint to customer care but he raised the complaint and said that amount has been deducted for some charges. But i doesn't understand which charges has been deducted even if i have recharged with 500 for plan of 412. There has been automatic credit amount in my account and there after debit amount of more than that credit amount. Also there id a Goodwill charges, which i didn't understand what is this.
So, i kindly request you to raise from Case against Tata Sky since i had been harassed and fraud-ed by his Authorized dealer and customer care also i have not provided any support from them.
I have taken the connection on 14th of july for the 6 month validity period with hd channel and with hd set up box from the authorized dealer of Tata sky. But on 20th of July my connection has been discontinued due to lack of fund. In this connection I had made many complaint against authorized dealer to customer care of Tata sky but always my problem has been unresolved and as asked from the customer care about this issue then they always say that my mobile number is not reachable so it has been cancelled. Even if I had given my 2 number and email id , no solution has been provided and my dish tv connection has been discontinued. on 28th of July I had recharged my account with 500 but on 30th of July it is showing on tv that my connection will be discontinued due to lack of fund but my monthly connection charge of rs 412 and my account has positive balance but on 30th it is showing negative balance even though I have been provided with 6 months validity I have recharged my account since my connection has been deactivated from 20th of july. So, kindly raise my complaint against Tata sky and it's authorized dealer whose Mobile number is+919520097913 and provide me the justice.
