I didn't get the product I ordered. Instead, Dummy Product came. Cash on Delivery Rs-1099 I paid.But response THEONEDAY.IN company
My order is totally different and old cloths send by this company, i want to my money back.
I had ordered denim shirts, instead you sent me cheap quality shirt which even poor not wearing this days.
Reference my order (ORDER TBSS21544) received fake product n very cheap quality. The product received is not as requested, I have to return this order back, as i am not satisfied with the quality of product. Company seems least intrested to reply my mails & even call back. This is very inappropriate n seems company dont want to withstand in league with suck fake approach.
Hope serious actions can be interrogated for preventive measures.

I have an ordered 3 branded shirt through this company worth 1100 but they delivered cheap shirts there is no proper refund or return option if you go through Customer care number they will ask your google account detail and balance in the account, if balance is not maintained in our account they ask another bank account with money after that they will steal your money please avoid of giving details to them

There is a order of clothes but after getting it we know that these all's are defective pieces so we want to return it. But you are not accepting it when we again call to you so you switched off your phone calls.if you could not take action so we have to go to consumer court. I hope that you would take action on it.
I Recieved used clothes from theoneday.in website i called to customer care 7439191903 also they asked my bank balance why means to refund they said and i told 700 later we cant refund you and blocked please take some action on this company

I've order in Theoneday.in for original Milton thermosteel water bottle 1ltr. x 2
on date 14-12-2019 ORDER TBSS10991 of Rs. 999
but today 25-12-2019 I pay cash Rs. 999 and i received wrong and another local item (0.5 ltr.x2) insteed of original milton thermosteel 1ltr.x2 water bottle. This is a fraud and cheating.
I request you please refund my cash / exchange of original milton thermosteel water bottle 1 ltr.x2
