I have place an order to purchase the Vivo 15(Refurbished) mobile phone on the website of thestockcut.com having the order no. 337563. I have made payment of rs 1000.00 using bhim upi to kbxanujb5de984005@yesbank. The payment was successfully transferred to merchant account. After that merchant website ask me to confirm the payment using the given link on whatsapp. When i clicked the link it redirected to whatsapp having mobile no invalid mobile number. The merchant does not confirm the pavement nor giving any acknowledgment of received payment also not providing any email/message to me. The mobile no. 8733062235 provide to contact section do not have incoming facility. So i am not been able to contact with the merchant either. I have also sent the email to THESTOCKCUT@GMAIL.COM in which i have mentioned the order number and transaction details and asked them to deliver my item but no response has been provided to me. Please help me to refund my amount. Also take strict action to the person who is responsible to cheat public using fraud shopping website.

I purchased a mobile from this site and did the payment but did not receive any message or mail and mobile is yet not delivered. Their mobile number is also switched off. Kindly ask them to refund my money that is Rs. 1500/-
