It is been 3-4 months now.
I purchased one piece multicolour in silk.
Almost 2 months they didn’t deliver theb they promise for voucher.
Now that also I delayed.
I purchase another product against the voucher proposed but now it is been another 2 months I I’ve not received my product .
I sent multiple Email yet not received satisfactory reply.
Please help

Earlier I was told that my product will be delivered on 24th Jan, but after multiple follow-ups they confirmed that it will be delivered on 31st Jan, when I emailed them on 31st Jan, they communicated that the product will be delivered by 10th Feb. I had requested them to cancel my order and asked for a refund but they refused. I would like to have REFUND because it’s highly unprofessional not to deliver on the confirmed dates. Also, it doesn’t take more than 25 days to deliver the product. If that was to happen then they should have at least communicated at the beginning itself. They didn’t even bother to inform me that the product will not be delivered timely. order number- 297725331140000

I had ordered a white colour pant on 8th September and it stated that it would reach by 9th October but it is almost 25 days up and it hasn't reached.despite being a pandemic for all all other online app are sending the stuff .but the tjori is not working as per the words.
Have mailed them a number if times regarding the same but they haven't replied back and the customer care is also not working.it is a prepaid delivery .have paid in advance.Actually I am travelling on 9th October so was mailing them from second week of September to send it early but no response from their side.
And secondly when I visit their website to check about my order details it doesn't reflect have mailed them regarding this also but no action taken.
Will like to ask for my refund.
