UCO BANK Complaints Reviews Customer Care Number

sir,
My money (RS 34998) is debited from my account of UCO BANK without getting any OTP ,MESSAGE and LINK on my mobile. When i informed it to UCO BANK they told that its cyber crime and they can't do money back only they can file complain to senior authority ,while i complained regarding it to Bank within 3 days of my transaction date.
