I am writing because i wanted to know about my return pickup here. I ordered a phone accessory from you about a month ago, it was supposed to return the next day after I sent the pickup request. but I still not get any updates about the pickup or the tracking number. I already contacted you on whatsapp but no response so far. The reason of the complaint is the lack of service and the confusion about the return. I know you promised me an pickup slot, it was 17th april but now this date is gone. I have tried to call 3 times, nobody answered. I am very frustrated. My package is still sitting at your warehouse and I can't use it and I don't have the refund. I want the pickup scheduled ASAP and I want a tracking number to see where it goes. also i want to know when i will get the refund, because i needed a new accessory by morning. I please request you to reply me by E-mail or text as soon as possible. If i don't get a decent answer soon, i will have to inform the consumer court for your unclear services. thanks for your help.Regards,
