Hi have registered with Via.com using my email id: nehagupta.sm@gmail.com
We had booked 3 tickets through via.com
1- PNR IDT8TL (FMNLA3AY57DXI - via.com ref. number)
2- FMNAA3BCEY2IU
When we tried contacting airlines they said they have refunded money to via.com and via.com is not responding to our emails..even the contact numbers are not working I mean no one is there to take calls..very unfortunate that people like via.com is trying to make money in this testing time..
I booked airline tickets delhi to hyderabad return flight through via.com.
When I was booking tickets it showed tickets were REFUNDABLE and amount was 6384 rs.
When transaction was in progress amount showed 6794rs..when tickets got booked amount deducted was 6944rs
Same amount is also mentioned on tickets..
And tickets are NONREFUNDABLE .
Now I want to cancel my tickets.. I tried to call customer care of via.com..they couldn't be reached in 27 days.. Today they picked the call and didn't help in anyway and disconnected the phone... Kindly help what to do..
