Hey Vibecrafts Team, I ordered a sofa set in June and the delivery was far below what I expected. This sofa has broken legs, the fabric is ripped, and when I contacted you, I was told that you would arrange a pickup for return. It’s been like a month and no one came. I even paid extra for reverse pickup, but still no delivery or refund. I want my money back ASAP. Your website promised fast resolution and I am very disappointed. I paid a lot of money for this order and I want satisfaction. I will consider leaving a bad review if this does not get solved fast. Happy to discuss further, but please act quickly.
